The quality control is provided by the System of enterprise development. It covers all types of IOT JSC activity: projecting, sale and maintenance of cars and catering.

The system consists of a complex of interrelated processes which are described and regulated by 75 Company Standards.

Efficiency of the System is controlled by the Company Improvement Service and is constantly analyzed by the top management.

In 2001 the IOT JSC was among the first in Ukraine to certify its Company Improvement System for conformity with ISO 9001:2000. Certificates were obtained for each activity of the Company.

In February, 2004 to the System of enterprise development the System of ecological management was integrated. It was also accepted the Certificate for accordance to the ISO 14001:2004 Standard.

IOT JSC offers the advisory services in development of the integrated systems for control by quality and ecological management in accordance with
ISO 9001:2000 and ISO 14001:2004 International Standards.
