"Main oil pipelines "Druzhba" Subdivision of JSC "Ukrtransnafta" (Ukraine).
Year of execution: 2002 - 2003
Project Objective: supply of Russian export oil mix and Azerbaijan oil from existing Brody-State Border oil pipeline in "import" mode and oil from Dolinskay oil and gas field (Ivano-Frankovsk region) to JSC "Neftekhimik Prikarpatya" oil refinery (Nadvornaya, Ivano-Frankovsk region, Ukraine).
Basic engineering solutions:
- construction of new section from existing OPS "Dolina" to JSC "Neftekhimik Prikarpatya" oil refinery;
- exploitation of existing Zhulin - Drogobych oil pipeline section;
- exploitation of existing Dolina - Drogobych oil pipeline section;
- construction of new section parallel to existing Dolina - Drogobych oil pipeline.
The project provides reconstruction of OPS "Dolina", including installation of commercial oil metering unit, and construction of "Nadvornaya" terminal.
During the construction automatic welding technology CRC-EVANS is used (first in Ukraine).
